DYNAMIC VINYASA FLOW

A strong flowing dynamic sequence of asanas to help improve body strength & increase flexibility; using pranayama and meditation to guide you towards joining the aspects of your physical, spiritual, mental and emotional being.

Classes include: pranayama (breathing techniques & exercises), vinyasa (flow of yoga poses synchronised with breath) and holding some of the asanas (yoga poses) for short periods of time.
